If crews were only 10 members, it could be argued that RHPs are the strongest crew but since numbers play a role, they are probably the weakest crew since their numbers seem by far the lowest. Kaido's crew should be the strongest as they possess the highest numbers.

I think Big Mom and Shanks bear similar power levels but Beckman should be supposed to beat Katakuri rather handily going by Kizaru's hype, which should quite likely be legit. Of course the BPM are numerically much greater set, yet the greater quality gap the faster quantity becomes more and more useless. Unless particular cases are considered.

Your average Red-haired Pirate is stronger than their counter parts from the other crews. The crew itself is not stronger than other Yonko crews but they're as strong as the rest of them despite being fewer in numbers. It's quantity vs quality.

If we did not see WCI and Wano arcs, I would say that was the case. However, these two arcs proved that quantity matters a lot when it is in the scale of thousands/tens of thousands.
