Asura by itself is already the most broken thing in One Piece, there is no need for new form.
Also, Asura is a 9-sword style, just like 1/2/3-sword styles are.
If there is a "new form" it would not be Asura anymore, unless it stays a 9-sword style.

Doesn't seem to me that Luffy is getting a new gear. Really just lose to Kaido for the 3th time in this raid and move on. No one wants more of that bullshit arc. Worse than WCI.
