Oda doesn't care about us who watch the series illegal on the world wide web he draws this manga for the people who are buying the volumes every 3 months in the volume format this is primary group

now look at the fact why he can allow this 2 weeks break

For us its weekly for them its 3-month schedule where he has to provide 10 chapters in this period means 10 week work
Volume 97 was released in september in Japan which ended with chapter 984 with the title "my bible"
the next volume 98 is coming out in December this year and he only needs to draw to 994

Oda is already at chapter 991 so he only needs to draw 3 more chapters to complete the volume 98 for December means three weeks to work and he got 3 months or 12 weeks of time for that
so he takes 2 week break
and got 10 weeks for 3 chapters if he goes by normal tempo 3 weeks plus 1 week break he draws 8 chapters more and we will go to the new year break with chapter 999

so he can take a break or two he is already ahead of time
70% of the work for volume 98 is done he should take a break go out with is family enjoy the money he has he deserves it
he doesn't need to bring out chapters for us who watch it for free you wouldn't work for free right?

I don't get it what we are doing is illegal its only released weekly on the website and after 3 weeks it's deleting
its is all to make the fans buy the volumes this where Oda earns his money and gets what he do for his hard work but look at the sales due to piracy it dropped massively so he loses money due people watching the series illegal so we can cry all we want he doesnt need to care he draws the volumes for the audience who is following the weekly scheme and if you dont like that who cares

I live in Germany and buy all released volumes even then Oda doesn't need to care about us who are watching it for free
his real fans are the ones who are buying the volume and follow this scheme and for us we have to respect that we are getting it for free

Yes they buy it
But its in the magazine of weekly jump its in the name not just op other series are published too Odas main goal is his volume now he has time to read SBS plan on another cinema project and so on

the problem here is we are doing something illegal and then bash Oda its his series
he already has 70% done of volume 98 why shouldnt he take break and enjoy time with his family

I’m so tired of this shit. I’m not blaming Oda because health and family comes first but it’s like we get one chapter a month now. There’s always a fuckin break for some reason I can’t stand it. If it’s not Oda it’s Jump, if it’s not Jump it’s a holiday, if it’s not a holiday it’s some other shit. Again, I’m reading for free so I’m not blaming anyone and I understand the situation but I’m just tired of waiting so long for each chapter. We can’t even get 2 chapters in a row. That’s terrible. I think I’m done with One Piece for a while. The best course of action is to just let the chapters stack up for 4-6 months at a time then just binge read it all at once. But I will no longer hype myself up for a chapter again. Fuck off with this shit. Sorry guys I had to rant.

Understandable.
It's not that worse for me since I mostly just read Mangas which got 1 chapter per month. So I'm used to that pain 🤣

Calling it the "China Flu" is so wrong on so many levels, you need to educate yourself. Also 2 weeks wouldn't be enough for Covid so its not Covid
