That’s how sad Mihawk is that his “world’s strongest blade” is nothing but luck. In terms of Haki Mihawk is no better than an Admiral’s side quest.
Seeing as how Garp couldn’t beat Kuzan with multiple AdCoC blows, yeah Kuzan would be fine from Koby.
Koby would kill Mihawk in one hit though given how swordsman tend to get one shot since they have trash durability and physical stats. Take Mihawk’s sword away and he is Higuma level lmfao.
