It's a little hard to say.
The rooftop fight is firing on all cylinders. Quite literally the best One Piece content since the Time Skip and the best One Piece part since Marineford War. If this part keeps up, we might end up getting the best fight of the series so far.
Anything below the rooftop is underwhelming, UNLESS something badass is happening (Zoro loldiffing Apoo, Franky vs Sasaki, etc). So, I guess, anything below the rooftop will start looking up (pun intended) when the undercard matches begin to take place one by one.

I'm loving it tbh, there are few weak points tho:
- Not even a Scabbards died, that's a shame for them. Doesn't matter how you put it

- During the countdown chapters, I would've liked if Oda gave all the rooftop SNs a really badass and unexpected scene, something like Black Maria/Ulti trying to stop Kidd and Killer during the climb but fainting to Kidd CoC or getting paralyzed in terror by Killer's killing intent (in a similar fashion to Zoro-Monet)
Just to be clear the last point is obviously a personal headcanon scene I'd love to see, so don't count it as an objective critique
