Why does this man excuse pedophilia so much ?
Watsuki and Mitsutoshi are both pedos and yet he doesn't care about these facts, he is okay and celebrates them still

I think and believe that Most of these mmangakasexcuse pedophilia because they do those crimes in secret too

Sure. I'm on-board to condemn the One Piece series.

Let's also say the last 5-10 years of One Piece weren't even worth paying attention to and it was badly written and boring.

Shall we start an Online Movement condemning Manga Writers and most Works of Manga except like one or two GOATS?

Oh you mean this guy, yea I knew about this. Even if Oda does such things shueisha will do everything in their power to cover it up at least as long as One Piece is not over. Oda is their cash cow after all.

I don't think most mangaka engage in those activities I just don't think they care about it as much in Japan

The Rurouni Kenshin collab has a large number of reputable mangaka coming together to celebrate Watsuki's work (Oda, Togashi, Kishimoto, Inoue, and many others)

You would think a few of them would've declined or at least brought up his convictions but it doesn't seem like anyone cares to say anything about it in public

While it's worse in Japan it isn't all that great in the West either. The NBA and it's executives still publicly worship Karl Malone when he did something far worse than any mangaka I can think of (if you're a fan of basketball you probably know him, if not just google him)

Is every NBA executive/player that associates with him a pedophile? No, but I'd argue they're morally bankrupt for doing so

As @Welkin already said, it looks like this isn't considered that much of a problem in Japan as it is in the west. I mean, if you've read enough manga or watched enough anime you probably have seen a lot of oversexualized minor characters (especially girls). Just to mention a few popular manga:

One Piece: Vivi was 16 years old pre-skip, Rebecca is 16 years old and Bonney is fking 12 years old!
Dragon Ball: Bulma was 16 years old in Pilaf's Arc.
Kimetsu no Yaiba: Nezuko was 12 years old at the start and 14 years old at the EoS; Daki was 100+ years old, but was 16 in appearance.
Nanatsu no Taizai: Elizabeth was 16 years old at the beginning; Elaine is 1000+ years old, but looks like a little girl.
Boku no Hero Academia: all "sexy" students from U.A. (Momo, Toru, Itsuka, Nejire, et al.) and Shiketsu (Camie) are obviously minors.
Fairy Tail: Lucy, Lisanna, Levy, et al. are 17 years old; Wendy is fking 12 years old!
Berserk: considering that Guts was 15 years when he first met Griffith, Casca should be around his age as well, so she's at least still in her teens during the Golden Age Arc; Princess Charlotte was 16 years old when Griffith screwed her; Schierke is still her early teens in the most recent arc.

And so on... it's pretty common in most mangas/animes.
