the only good emotional moment of was Yasu dying
Yeah... right.

Here are all the Wano moments where I actually teared up seriously and where I usually tear up again:

- Tama's first meal> Big tears of joy
- Onimaru > Tears of sadness
- Yasue's death & Smiles > MASSIVE Sobbing of sadness
- Luffy's speech to the slaves > Big tears of joy
- "He laughed" > Big tears of joy/hype/thefactofreadingamasterpieceinmylifetime
- "Niete nanbo no~o!! Oden ni sōrō!!!" & the Kozuki's resolves > Massive Sobbing
- The hope is back > Tears of joy
- "Sunachii" > Tears of joy/epicness
- "Nami's speech" > Big tears of pride
- Chapter 1000 > Big tears of chapter 1000
- "Save me Robin-chaan!!!" and Robin's appearance > Big tears of pride and hype
- "Yamato's flashback's gifted meal" > "Big tears of joy and sadness"
- "Nika" > Tears of thefactofreadingamasterpieceinmylifetime
- "Thank you Daddy" > MASSIVE sobbing of sadness and joy (I checked very fast all the chapters to make this list, I teared up just looking at Toko's smile at Otama's sobbings)
- Tama's relief > Big Sobbing of relief and sadness
- "I'm Kozuki momonosuke" > Massive tears of joy and pride and thefactofreadingamasterpieceinmylifetime
- "Please don't leeabee"! > Tears of awww

I'm sensitive, yeah, but it still takes me a good written development to make me tear up. Wano has amazing emotionnal moments and this is only counting the tears. If I counted the time I jumped out of excitment, when my jaw dropped on the flore, when I laughed, when I was terrified and scared or just happy... this list would take a lot more place

Get the fuck outta here.
The whole sunachi d-plot was so last-second and contrived it failed to elicit any emotion, let alone tears.
I do not agree. Not at all.

Of course, I'm not negating anyone's emotions here. I just don't feel the same way at all. but my emotionsa re one things. The objective qualities of the narration are another. Narration is a craft that can be judged based on it's form, context and goal.

And Wano didn't miss. There are flaws of course, objectively, but not what I hear everyday here.

People are confusing being desensitivized and stoic and One Piece's narrative flaws. I'm sorry but if we look at Tama's cry at the end of the arc and don't feel anything, the story isn't the problem.
