Zoro can use CoC too and sliced through Kaido's chest. Before that in Dressrosa he wrecked Giant Pica. He defeated King. Base Luffy using CoC is not getting up from Ashura or Zoro's CoC Hell attacks. Snakeman on the other hand would be too fast for Zoro to overcome.
