If I was an outsider who just got onboard The Thousand Sunny, I'd say Nami. But that would only be my interpretation at that moment.

Obviously, Luffy has no least favorite.

Franky and Robin. But Robin is emotionally the furthest away from Luffy and the rest of the crew, so she is.

Zoro is his partner in crime and his closest mate overall
Nami and Robin are dear and precious to him
Usopp and Chopper are his fun little brothers
Brook is the fun singing and dancing uncle
Jinbei is the most respected senior uncle

Franky and Sanji are his employees. They provide service, great food and great carpentry. But apart from that he doesn't really have as fun with them even though he might like Frankys robots occasionally or things like that.

I honestly dont like brook he is annoying most of the times . He rarely has much role in grand scheme of things so far he has been disappointment in writing .

But I still think he's the most expendable for luffy. Followed by usop who is only kept in the crew due out of habit
