Speculations BB plot is fake route and he is not the Final Villain

Sooo all this thing that happened in chapter 1107 with Katarina Devon touching Saturn will play zero role and will hype only Imu and Gorosei as final villains in the series. Why? Because Gorosei are connected, as we saw in chapter 1109 Gorosei have own Discord voice channel where they could discuss things, and Katarina Devon will be able at the very best just copy Saturn's appearence. And this is already thing that could break all BB plot against Imu. Gorosei could lead BB pirates into the trap, and big brain BB will finale fail to outsmart the King of the World.

Also there is the possibility that when Katarina will try to change her appearence to Saturn she will fail, which will again hype WG over anyone else.

Right now in chapter 1109 we actually will get a glimpse of finall SH opponents.

Anyway, BB will be defeated at Raftel in the battle for One Piece that will chose the heir of Ancient Kingdom who will have right to challenge King of the World Imu.

Your right it's a fake plot. Oda always does fske plots since like water 7. Most likely saturns apperance with be for something not introduxed yet or perhaps black is going to impel down again to release everybody.

I dont think its a fake route, just that he's not necessarily set up to be the final endgame villain. He's far more relevant to Pirate King, and since we know one needs to be Pirate King and get One Piece in order to take down the WG, then by virtue he should lose before Luffy becomes Pirate King. Blackbeard wants the world, but in order to take the world, he needs the same position Luffy also wants.

And I think "most" people understand that, including many Blackbeard fans in that regard.

People just assumed that Devon would try to replace Saturn when they gave no indication of that.

They just left the island with Saturn still intact, so that just indicates that their plan isn’t based on him being dead. If anything, it shows that they plan to imitate him when he’s too distant to interfere.
