With Big Mom gone, the big mom pirates will likely fracture. While Katakuri is evidently in charge in tottoland, he doesn't have the same power BM did. As a result, I think that while Kata willl keep the bulk of the Big Mom pirates on his crew, many will decide to go their own way.
I think that many of those who leave Katakuri will end up joining Bege.
At this point, Bege has 4 characters with significant ties to the BMP on his crew:

In any case, I don't think Bege is remaining as a 350 mil pirate for long. The supernova were always portrayed as formidable pirate captains and Bege's 350 mil bounty is at the level of Nami's. He definitely needs to come back strong and this is how I think he will do it.

- Prometheus
- Bege has the castle castle fruit and is a living castle. In the very famous Ghibli movie "Howl's moving castle", the wizard Howl has a moving magic castle that is powered by a living flame. I think Oda might pay homage to this film by having Bege somehow acquire prometheus. We saw how easy Zeus was to bribe, I feel like Bege might do something similar and feed Prometheus fire. Or he might just capture him and force him to work under his command. In any case, Bege will definitely need a power up going forward, and I think Prometheus will be it.
- the sun pirates
- As we know, Aladdin is married to one of Big Mom's daughters, who ultimately betrayed BM back in the WCI arc. I think she will connect with Lola and Chiffon and help bring the Sun pirates over to Bege as allies.
- Pekoms
- At the end of the WCI arc, Pekoms betrayed the BMP and was subsequently captured, with the BMP attempting to blind him(although we don't know if they succeeded)
- While Pekoms was abused by Bege several times, I think he could ultimately end up making up with him and joining the firetank pirates if Bege saves him
