No he never said that? Oda himself highlights that Sanji still saw her as a woman in the end when he answered the question about Sanji blocking thunderbolt with a kick (probably what you’re referring to)

Basically oda said she’s a monster but still a woman. As such there’s no way for Sanji to block her attack except by parrying it. Hence why he used a kick.

That's really weird, I distinctly remember him saying that he only doesn't care that Luffy hit Big Mom because of the way she looks or the way she acts (might be both). But I guess that was wrong since I looked at the manga and anime versions of G4 Luffy clashing with Big Mom and G3 Luffy and Sanji blocking her attack, and they never said anything close to that.
Guess it was just a Mandela Effect thing.

Again while that's possible I don't even think it's anime filler. Like I said I looked at two clips from the anime where they fight her and that was never said once.
Although it could just be from another scene, who knows. The anime has a history of altering things even when it makes no sense, especially when it comes to Sanji.

Sanjis literally constantly stated and shown to have a blind spot for women… that’s been a thing since Arlong Park? It was highlighted multiple times through the grand line pre and post timeskip and you’re calling it bad characterization now despite it being fully in character?
