Law's DF is one of the very very few DFs that have to be nerfed to not be extremely OP.
It's the same as people saying that it was somehow harder for Doffy to fight Luffy because he had the birdcage on or something.Unless it's said directly, these things shouldn't be assumed.

Law's DF was not nerfed at all. Since the introduction of Haki it was very clear that Law's DF would work that way.

And Doffy had no issue fighting while using Bird Cage. DF issues started after Law's bullshit excuse before fighting Doffy.

Also, Doflamingo can threaten the world government and still can manipulate them via CP0, plus no Yonko wanted to defeat World Government, they want to find One Piece.

One could say Orochi defeated Oden and ruled Wano if you don't know the details. In One Piece world, there are a lot of politics and back stabbing happening. Sterry didn't need to be a fighter to be the king of Goa Kingdom, majority of the rulers of the kingdoms are not even fighters. As well as Celestial Dragons are also not fighters, yet they command Admirals, CP0 and other forces. Why Imu should be different than the majority of the One Piece rulers when we've no idea about this person. Also no one said Imu is on the throne for 800 years, it's possible but not confirmed.

Lol, I'm just trolling and talking about a different kind of feat. I'm not saying Imu is a fighter, and what I mean by running the world, in a more focused lens, is that the World Government is the largest entity by a massive margin and controls the vast majority of the whole world of One Piece.

Doffy was able to threaten the world government, props to him.



On a serious note, I think Kaido currently has the best feat.
