Also the Railgun 3 first arc is split between an Index S2 arc and ends just past an arc from Index S3 At the end of Dream Ranker, just before the Doppelganger bit, Uiharu shows up with her arm in a sling which is an injury that she suffers from Kakine in Index, and in that scene Saten is waiting for Frenda to message her, which is after Frenda has been meltdownered. In the scene before that, Kakine confirms that he has the location of the Tweezers, which is just before SCHOOL launches its coup on Academy City. - only read this if you've watched it all. The point being, chronological just doesn't work as a watch order.
