FIRST FIGHT
GRIFFITH!!! - Berserk

This panel is from chapter 86 of Berserk manga. It shows the raw rage of guts, the protagonist when he loses it all. He is betrayed by someone who he considered his friend, Griffith. Guts and his comrades from battle is betrayed and given up as mere sacrifices by Griffiths so he could ascend to a higher being. Not only did Griffith sacrifice his once loyal soldiers, but he also raped Casca to spite Guts as Griffith was jealous of Guts and Casca finding a relationship with each other.
This all culminate in the graphic scene, where guts cuts off his own hand to free himself from the demons holding him captive while Griffith makes him watch as he defiles Casca. And this scene conveys all the raw anger and terror as Guts faces against impossible odds with a heavily injured body and a shattered mind.

Start of Coalition Arc - Kingdom

After the Qin's latest conquest the winds started to shift against them. Riboku plots with other states of China to form a coalition against Qin and put their expansion plans to a halt. Caught by surprise the armies of Qin make their final stand against the might of China. Shin, Mouten and OuHon will face against the enemies they were bound to face in their future. New generation arrives, old one dies. The turning point in Kingdom started with this panel and from there on there was no going back
SECOND FIGHT
If you gaze long into the abyss, the abyss gazes also into you - Berserk

Guts was tasked with assassinating General Julius, after succeeding in his mission he was spotted by the general's kid, Adonis. Guts killed him in an instant, only then to realize he was merely a child. Before the assassination, Guts had a chance to observe Julius training Adonis, and it reminded him how his fathe similarily cruel to him. At this point, Guts realized he became the monster he dreaded as a kid.
The reason I like this panel is how Miura refrained from using words to explain what's running inside Guts' head, instead he drew parallels of Guts with Nosferatu. Guts uses his hand to unveil his true nature. While exagerrated, this truly broke him.

VS
That time when Pitou knew that's he's getting rekt - HxH

That panel depicts the manifestation of Gon's ultimate nen technique where he turned into an adult form. This was his final fight against Pitou in the chimera ant arc. As one is aware that the more strong/strict the nen conditions are, the powerful it becomes. Meanwhile he sacrificed his ability to use nen in exchange for immeasurable strength enough to take down the chimera ant royal guards and seek revenge for the death of Kite who was his mentor and friend. That is the peak form of his potential strength which would take years of hard work and training to master.
THIRD FIGHT
An Attempt on the Life of a God - Berserk

From the manga Berserk, the Skull Knight makes a stunning appearance in an assassination attempt on the life of Griffith, better known as Femto. I believe that this is one of the best drawn, most awesome panels in all of manga.
The reason why I think it is the best manga panel is partly because of the beforementioned amazing art, but also because it sets the stage for a plot twist that greatly changed the world of Berserk and set up plotlines for the final part of the story.

Chihayafuru - Chihayafuru

Chihaya who is obsessed with Karuta never realised the inner feelings of Taichi. She had no idea Taichi only loves Karuta because he wanted to stay beside her. This scene comes after the sudden confession of Taichi which shook Chihaya. Karuta card going black represent the conflicted feelings of Chihaya.
Realisation she may have hurt Taichi unknowingly , she may have lost his most dearest friend and her realisation that she may have been too obsessed with Karuta. Maybe there were other feelings she may have yet to realise. Only thing this scene surely conveyed is that playing Karuta with Taichi made it more colourful and she don't wanted to lose that.
Interpretation are mine , it's much better to see panel only and create your own interpretation. Chihaya is main character who loves Karuta too much and Taichi is main hero(love interest) who is in love with Chihaya.
Here's information about Karuta - https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karuta

FOURTH FIGHT
Aquarius sacrifices herself for Lucy - Fairy Tail

This is a very tragic scene from Fairy Tail, not sure if I can include videos to supplement this but in the anime, Aya Hirano really nailed the tragedy of this scene and Lucy's big sacrifice here. Lucy is a Celestial Mage who can make bonds with and summon Celestial Spirits, mainly based on the Western Zodiac too.
During a completely despair induced scenario, she had the make the extremely difficult choice of sacrifcing the golden key for one of her 12 Zodic spirits (the ones she had collected so far) and I think it was Aquarius who offered herself as the sacrifice? She had to sacrifice a golden key to allow the Celestial Spirit King himself to appear, it was a last resort scenario and these golden keys are used to summon the spirits from the Celestial Plain or w/e.
Aquarius was like a surrogate mother to Lucy in a way, as Lucy lost her mother when she was lot younger. Her mother Layla was a Celestial Spirit mage and Aquarius was very fond of her too, even I think blaming Lucy for her death and thus harbouring extreme resentment towards Lucy due to it. Aquarius has been very protect of Lucy despite her hate/attitude towards her and I think its out of respect for Layla and thus as her last wish or something, I can't remember the story so well now unfortunately. Apologies if I'm getting some of this wrong ofc lol.
Anyway to wrap this up, Lucy with sacrificing the key for Aquarius, means she severs the bond she has with her, her longest serving spirit who has been with her since childhood I believe, watching over her, protecting her in Layla's place and thus despite her "hate", always coming in clutch to save Lucy's life regardless. (I keep typing Luffy LMFAO).
Lucy loses her ability to summon and contact Aquarius now due to this, Aquarius goes out into the world randomly, waiting to be found again and become bound to any potential Celestial Mage, so this means someone else could take Aquarius from anywhere in the world, depending where her key is now reformed/respawned and thus Lucy could lose Aquarius almost permanently, as long as that other Celestial Mage keeps Aquarius and doesn't break the bond with Aquarius or hand their key over for her to Lucy!
This was a really heartbreaking scene as Lucy has lost both her parents now too, her father died in a filler in the anime but it was meant to be canon I believe? A very tragic, beautiful and unexpectedly really good filler arc that imo too! Lucy's story with her father, the "truth" was also extremely sad too imo!
Lucy is a magnificiently written character, along with Erza and Gray and Mashima really knew how to grasp your heartstrings with such fury, since early on but especially later on too! A truly masterful, emotional/character focused writer! I never fail to cry at Fairy Tail, especially moments like this!

Farewell Mitty - Made in Abyss

Mitty is dying a second time. Nanachi is holding her in her hands while crying. Mitty was imprisoned due to her immortality but she could only exist in the village. Now that the village is disappearing she is dying once more. It was nanachis decision to disband the village so that mitty could be set free.
FIFTH FIGHT
The me I wanted to be - Kengan Ashura

All men, at some point, dream of being the world's strongest. And most men, including Yamashita Kazuo, give up on that dream sooner or later. It wasn't until he met Tokita Ohma, a man still on the path of the warrior, that Kazuo's passion was rekindled, and so swore to do all he could to support Ohma on his path.
VS
Monster Slap - Hajime no Ippo

This panel is from Chapter 1243 of Hajime no Ippo which was titled "Betrayal"
The main character's, Ippo, main hubris in this story is that he's too nice for his own good as well as fact that he has insecurities of his strength. Finding the answer to "What does it mean to be strong" is his main goal in this story. A big cycle that he goes through in each fight is gaining the confidence that he's strong enough to beat his next opponent. And his current barrier is trying to learn how to cross that line and become a true monster.
This part of the story is a little ways into Ippo's retirement arc as he recovers from the build-up of injuries from boxing. Part of which is becoming a Second and a Trainer. During this, he trains the fella you see getting slapped here who's named Taihei. Ippo first found Taihei bullying someone and wanted to try to find a good way to stop it due to his own experiences of getting bullied. He thought that boxing would get the aggression that Taihei might have out as well as teach him discipline as well.
But this backfires massively as Taihei breaks his promise to not use his fists in street brawls in order to crush a gang from another school and even hurts Ippo's best friend who tries to put a stop to things. To put the cherry on top, Taihei slaps Ippo's training mitts out of Ippo's hands when he tries to reason with them which they then get soaked by the downpour of rain happening outside. These mitts are precious belongings that the Coach (who Ippo respects very much) entrusted with him.
Which results in the slap that you see in front of you. This is the meanest that Ippo has ever looked in the manga. This slap was the first glimpse of what Ippo would be like when he finally returns to the ring. One of the more brutal blows landed in this manga as well. Not to mention that those bands around Ippo's arm are training weights which makes the slap even heavier. I'd say you can honestly feel the slap yourself. But for innocent, meek, and kind Ippo to have this kind of breaking point where for a moment he actually becomes a monster even for just a second is very exciting if he actually unleashes that in the ring.
Visually it works very well due to the negative coloring that's going on. It's a perfect POV shot that shows just how scary Ippo is. Not to mention the process of the slap itself as we see Taihai's slow realization that he's about to be sent to the shadow realm. Ending with a slap heard around the world.
This is why I think it's the best panel.
