It's hard to choose any one among them..
  1. World building : Hunter X Hunter and One Piece
  2. Plot : Death Note , FMA
  3. Character design : One Piece , Naruto
  4. Arc : HxH
  5. Unique (not so) original concepts : JoJo , Attack on Titans
  6. Character Progress : Death Note
  7. Art : One Piece (it's subjective)
Overall my top 10 among them (based on i enjoyed the most reading)
  1. HxH (anime only)
  2. Naruto
  3. Death Note
  4. One Piece
  5. Full Metal Alchemist
  6. Bleach
  7. D Gray Man
  8. Attack on Titan
  9. My Hero Academia
