You need not to dedicate multiple chapters to powerups. Look at fandom, they accept random asspulls or offpaneled training than wasting chapters on adCoA or internal destruction which are practically useless anyways. Meeting with Yamato leads to no significant event. Just a fanservice panels..

Luffy king king king Kong gun Kaido weakness point which is his balls .

Kaido can't handle the pain , then he minimize the pain by make himself small . Thus, with his DF ability he turn to become a carp fish .

Zoro then cut the carp . Then Sanji will cook it . The SH will have a big feast with the carp fish as the main dish .

Otama will feel very happy after eating the carp fish . We get happy ending for wano Arc.
