I think she'll chase Luffy to Elbaf in a vain attempt to regain her honor, find out the truth about Mother Carmel and the orphans and this will break her childish mentality and hunger pain rampage problem. Forcing her to basically grow up since her entire life she's been nothing but a spoiled, enabled brat who got everythings he wanted, she'll finaly afce real consequences for her actions when she learsn the truth of what she did to Carmel and the others.
she'll realize that her dream could never be completed because she ruled with fear and not respect so having everyone sitting as equals at a meal table was impossible for her to accomplish.
I dunno if she'll become an ally of Luffy after that but at the very least it will end her role as an antagonist. I would like Luffy to at least get to punch her at least once and deal some damage since he's never gotten too.
