We know that BM will be at the fire festival as well and it would difficult to take both yonkos head on at the same time but I think the straw grand fleet will take a part in the battle
Big Mom will see her childhood friends and confront them and they will tell her that she ate Carmel and that the proof DF , just breaking a portrait of Caramel was enough to make her goes insane , just imagine when she realize what she did? what will happen? Jinbe might make a plan with giants ...

They didn't because Oda didn't want to kill them off this fast. i'm sure Oda will include the strongest army in the war, when you mention a stakeholder having a grudge towards Big Mom you expect him taking a part in her defeat, not defeat her directly.

The fact that they didn't even try to send an army after her after she ate Mother Carmel and the orphans and after Loki and Lola's wedding fiasco says a lot about the fear she inspires them. Plus why would they send an army after her in Wano when they have no reason to go to Wano, a country with who they have no relation, or to support Luffy and the other supernovas ? The chances of the king of Elbaf sending an army to Wano are very slim to say the least.

A war with two emperors involved in will be known by everyone. Oda doesn't take the over complicated route. he can simply have The Giants and The Marine showing up in the middle of the war to indirectly save the alliance from getting spanked.

The giants of Elbaf don't seem to be very open to the world and if they are afraid of Big Mom alone they are unlikely to want to confront her while she's allied with another yonko, besides they have no relation with the scabbards or the supernovas opposing Kaido and Big Mom.

A problem with that scenario is that even if Hajrudin and Gerth come to Onigashima that Hajrudin would most certainely attack BM o sight, besides they would have no way to prove the fact that Linlin ate MC and the orphans and Linlin would certainely refuse to believe it and they are completely unaware that Mother Carmel had a power and of the Soru Soru no mi existence and that the miracle that happened in front of them was her doing.

It's the Marineford Blackbeard scenario all over again. when the giants know that Big Mom is in the middle of a big war, they would take advantage of it. the marine have no relation with the Kozuki family or the worst generation either, but we know we will see them at some point in the arc. if Oda wants to create one of the biggest wars in the series with two emperors involved there got to be more than two stakeholders. the marine are simply not enough. what's the best chance to link the strongest army in the world into a battle with an emperor with a history of hatred and grudge, it's none other than the Wano war. and in fact, it's the only chance left.

Now let's clear something, the main purpose of Loki attacking Big Mom is not only to slightly weaken her, it can sum up the Mother Carmel plot as Loki can tell her about Carmel's death, have fresh and newer characters joining the war, watch the strongest army in action and not stretch the Elbaf arc in the future if we get one.

That's why this makes sense, when their army is nearly destroyed we won't have to get into a full dedicated arc about them.
