The story has been pointing to him being as such, that’s why I have said this for years now but the day Oda finally starts the Zoro v Mihawk fight I’ll probably drop the manga for a few months as there is no believable way anyone can beat Mihawk unless Zoro gets a 10yrs time skip before said clash

Oda will have to show/tell why beating Mihawk is something that ain't doable and why/how Zoro only can achieve that.

I thought of this idea too but Zoro isn't white-themed, he is dark-themed character so not sure how likely that would be.

As I said, that's not how this works.
You can forge 100 of them, it will not help.
This is not solvable by quantity but rather by quality.

Tbh it is pretty unlikely since Luffy has a all white form but I still think that there is something beyond the black blade.
