General & Others Biggest pirate to come from the mid gen?

Kaido is 59 but is in the midd gen not in the old gen
Old gen - Roger, WB, Garp, Sengoku, BigMom ecc
Midd gen - Kaido, Shanks, ecc
New gen - Teach, Luffy, Zoro, Kidd, Law ecc
I say Teach: Shichibukai, captured Ace, ID, two of the strongest DF, killed WB all of that in one year, and after that Yonko in less than 2 years...

Where the hell is Shanks the peak of fame in One Piece?
Shanks is not known for anything as the best. He isn't WSS, WSP, WSC. He doesn't have the highest bounty. He doesn't have the strongest crew, he doesn't have the biggest crew. Shanks not exceed in nothing, he is not the most famous. No one is talking about Shanks.
Not sure about fame but Teach HAS TO surpass Kaido combat wise.

All that irrelevant fluff just that irrelevant. Doesn’t matter if it’s WSM WB, WSS mihawk, WSC Kaido, Teach, or the admirals!!! they all show complete respect For shank strength. No other characters comes remotely close….
