It's stated in the manga that he is not the 10th commander

everything was mysterious about Aokiji, he was connected to BBP, but we didn't know what was the relation between them? no body explicitly said that he is an ally or a crew member

all of us assumed that Kuzan became BBP ally when we knew that there was a connection between them especially when Kuzan said to Smoker that he is still the same as he was before, but when I thought about it, I found that there's nothing preventing the possibility of Kuzan being the 10th, when I assumed that Kuzan is the 10th I found that he fits perfectly that position & every conversation about the 10th commander made perfect sense

Ah yes, zoro has acoc but not Mihawk, Ben Beckman is confirmed to have it and Yamato has it
Mihawk isn't confirmed and neither is Shiriyu. You're just going off your existing assumption that Shiryu isn't Zoro's opponent. If not confirmed = doesn't have it, it apllies to both or not at all. And I must have missed the part where Yamato was a member of the beast pirates
My point is clear, I will prove that the 10th commander is the second strongest or even equal to black beard.
-We know for a fact that it's not Aokiji (it could have been him, it work in fact but it's pretty much stated in the manga that it's not him and I don't want the thread to disgress)
-Blackbeard has no reason to recruit a bum
-Oda has no reason to not reveal him if he is not relevant in the story
-Zoro learned acoc so he need someone who has it in order to progress
-Shiryu doesn't fit as an opponent of Zoro, all of them are prideful fighter
You can say that my arguments are baseless and it's true, I won't argue with that but I feel like we need to get real, as an exemple, Dragon is featless but everyone know he is strong. I don't really want to repeat myself but as I said earlier, no point in hyping him up if he is a bum and weirdly enough, Oda wanted him to be the last character to join Blackbeard's crew. The question is why would Oda not reveal him if it's not because he would kill the hype for the rest of the crew and even current Blackbeard since his portrayal is not really that good as of right now?
My guess is that it's an old rival of Mihawk and Shanks, it would complete the Haki swordmen group of the yonkou.

Either Moria or Aokiji bring us to 13 (I imagine Aokiji joins, based on the Cover Story, but it could be a misdirect).
The difference is that we know mihawk will fight zoro and it's not Shiliew case, and yes Yamato is a member of the beast pirate, it's not because she don't want to that she isn't
