You don't get a taxi of another city to go to that city. You get a taxi of your current city.

So they will not go to Elbaf.

Will they enslaved the god? Why do they have to bring to Elbaf? They came there just to pray and then will leave. Nika doesn't have to go to Elbaf for nothing.
