Kira ( the King ) should have the biggest Mana pool in the Kingdom. If Damnatio transfers this back to Julius he can come back at least somehow.

Glad we got an explanation on how demons are formed. Demons are powerful humans with lot of hatred. Each demon may have a story of its own. It will be kind of exciting if Tabata explores how that particular human became a demon!

This is just more and more going towards debut of angels.

Human who goes by hatred = becomes a Demon.

Human who praises the God and lives his life as a proper human = gains angelic powers or his off springs will be born loved by mana or some shit.

After Asta goes away Julius will be exposed and he will reveal the truth to all citizens but alongside this he will ask them for help. The Captains are in danger and he can't do things alone. He will ask citizens to lend him his mana to one last time serve as their Wizard King.

Possibility number 2:

Damnatio will transfer Kira's mana to Julius and give us back our prime julius.

I also wonder how Tabata will handle Fuego x Nozel rivarly now.

Before Salamander it was Nozel being his rival even at an elemental disadvantage but now Fuego has Salamander which only widens the gap.

It appears Genies are born from human malice and their strength depends on the person being possessed by the negative energy which could mean it's possible these demons are not quite as strong as Lichts Demon.
