Powers & Abilities Blackbeard’s potential

Blackbeard is a scumbag, and I think that when he is pressed he will betray his crew and kill them to take their powers. Blackbeard has no canonical limit to his powers, and he is only theoretically limited by his ability to handle multiple fruits at a time.

So far, Blackbeard has arranged his crew in such a way that if he took at least most of their abilities he would have:
Super strength
Invisibility
Teleportation
Size augmentation
Island possession
Flight
Disguise self/illusions

So, Blackbeard could very potentially use all of these powers at once to become an insane giant monster with Super strength, teleportation, flight, and invisibility. All together these powers do not contradict, and with enough daydreaming (since he doesn’t sleep) about using them all together he could very feasibly control them and become a giant monster with wings who controls an orb of darkness and wields multiple dreams just like the mural 🤐

Aokiji not included here as an obvious outlier

I’m thinking if he does this he may be final villain material
I thought Imu was it, but seeing this all line up this way just to give him a full suite of superpowers goes hard
Not to mention his crew controls the Seraphim with Devon’s transformation into Saturn

It is an interesting idea and might be theoretically doable if he swallows all of his crew members into Black Hole.

Absolutely
After their defeat, or his impending death, it’s 100% in character for him to betray them to save himself. The powers just all line up so well to make him one super powered monster.

Yes and it is foreshadowed in Thriller Bark with Moriah taking in all the shadows on the island.
Quite a power boost but it would seal his fate just like it did with Moriah.
