I will argue with you only one thing. Kuzan didn't need any help. He is easily gets AdvCoC hits without any serious damage, he stood up like it's nothing for him. He is strong enough to win Garp, but one who needed help and suitable moment is YC Shiryu.
I'm 150% sure Kuzan >> Old Garp. Every time Garp punched Kuzan Garp said something like "You are still soft" or "hesitation is making you weak". On top of all Garp is Kuzan's sensei and a person he admire. If you can't understand why Kuzan isn't going all out on Garp then I'm done and I won't argue this any further, it's useless waste of time. Whatever I or anyone else say you'll be opposite. No, Fuji Attack Is literally a thrust. Is not meant to damage anyone above fodder level unless Is done using the floor as surface, like It was with Law, and then Is used to make the person unable to move.
I know here we jump on anything, but still. There are a lot more things you could use to dehype Fujitora if you want.

Garp is still the strongest Marine. He beat up Kuzan + Blackbeard Pirates, and had to be cheap shot to be defeated. Kuzan vs Akainu was an extreme diff fight so I can’t see Akainu as stronger then Garp ether unless we are told he got a power up somehow. Kizaru, GB, and Fujitora while impressive in their showings haven’t really shown anything to be above Kuzan and Akainu.
Garp literally didn't KO or do serious injury to any of them, and that's despite most BBP being nerfed by the environment, no one except Kuzan attempting more than one hit and even Kuzan himself not being focused on the fight and more concerned about Garp's own well being.

he never got hit by AdvCoC punch, he was thrown by Garp like a ragdoll and buried underground by Blue Hole but he was never gets hit by a punch like Pizarro got hit by Galaxy Divide that’s an AdvCoC hit, he got hit by a nameless punch in their clash and a base punch when he got speed blitzed the second time around.
