I thought the raid might fail for awhile, and even recently I hoped it would because I thought that would be more compelling, but we’re getting to a stage where I don’t expect it anymore. I think the raid failing is very unlikely at this point.

So what do you make of Hawkins telling to Luffy that his chances to be alive in one month from when Wano began to be 19% and that the fire festival is the half way point, 2 weeks remaining. I recognize that Oda could have simply changed his mind along the way.

I presume that Beckman, Roux, and Yasopp are all at least at 1 billion each, going by how the Red-Haired Pirates have a high average bounty balance.
Shanks top three where the only commanders who where named alongside Shanks in the bounty hype chapter.
Neither Kaido three calamity where named alongside Kaido, neither Big mom sweet commander where named with Big mom together.
And Kaido top three already having bounties with 1B+...
Named together with a Yonkou in the most biggest bounty reveal chapter and even get hyped for having the best balanced bounty, I expect all three having something above 1.5B...

What does this mean? Hawkins has the 2nd highest bounty after Apoo (320/350). If Killer beats him that puts him above Hawkins and pretty much all the rest other Supernovas there.
And Hawkins is a special case. He doesn't have a constant level. He can beat YCs given enough lives. Let's see if this battle even finishes.
