Oden will definitely have a bounty, since Sengoku and Sakazuki both seem pretty familiar with him as a famous pirate.
How big it will be will depend on how much they actually knew about him prior to his death. If the Marines didn’t know more than the bare minimum (he’s a very powerful pirate that sailed with Whitebeard and Roger) it’ll be round about Luffy’s bounty.
But if they know everything about him (Shogun, powerful retainers, BoaT, Void Century knowledge) he could be in the 3 billion category

It annoys me that Oda will give us huge bounty reveals but then leave others out. Really couldn't give us an updated bounty for Drake and Urouge? Can't even slap something on Page One's intro box? Kinda laughable that Oda gave us Bobbin's bounty in the manga instead of just throwing it in the Vivre Cards and revealing more interesting ones in the manga instead, i.e. Oven and Daifuku.
My headcanon for Vergo's bounty was around 400M until Oda revealed Oven and Daifuku's bounty (i was hoping for Daifuku 400-450, Oven 450-500).

Astute observation. It is likely even higher, if their actions came to light and those pirates escaped justice. Crocodile's bounty was said to be at the bare minimum twice that of his active price, yet his deeds paled in comparison to what Doflamingo accomplished. The conquest of a whole nation, perpetuating war throughout the world, alliances behind the veil of light and his own knowledge on the Celestial Dragon's secrets would warrant a greater increase. A fairer multiplication would be to quadruple their bounties, given these crimes. However it would not be beyond the realms of possibility to raise that even higher.
Considering all the knowledge of WG and Celestial dragons info he has ie the existence of Imu and the national treasure, coupled with his strength and DF and underground influence in brokering deal. Artificial DF manufacturing providing weapons to non WG allied nations and pirates, Children kidnappings and Gigantification with CC. Whatever missions he's altered for his favor with Vergo in the Marines for his gain and also info in regards to Marine codes and structures. Having various Government officials royals marines and people erased from memory with Sugars DF and of course the take over of Dressrosa etc
I'd say DD's bounty should be over 2 Billion.
Like he's a bigger threat to the WG then essentially every pirate thats not a Yonko as he represents the possibility of Truths to come out and the power and intelligence and connections to act on said truths.
