This is actually quite plausible. Don Krieg was swinging a 1 ton spear, wearing a body suit wearing god knows how much and had as many recruits (5000) as Orlumbus or the Wano Alliance managed to gather. He could definitely have carved out a place for himself but for Mihawk.

Sanji is above Gin, though he was damage early in a fight with Pearl after they use Zeff as hostage. Sanji is still above Gin even if he comes back.
If Luffy is stated with highest bounty, then it make sense Macro's bounty and King's bounty that they aren't higher as it wouldn't make sense especially how Macro sounded about the situation when facing King and Queen.

72 year old Whitebeard isn’t the same as Rocks Whitebeard, but he still was pretty impressive in might, as well as claiming territories and allies and establishing an empire for himself and family, as well as being capable of getting to One Piece more than most other people.
Not sure how peaceful we can say Shanks is since we haven’t really gotten to know him like how we’ve gotten to know Whitebeard and Big Mom. Teach is also relatively recent.

It was implied that the reason why the WG feared WB was because of his ability, so it's only reasonable to say that the only reason WB had such bounty was because the WG were afraid of what he might do with it.
From what we have seen so far is that Beast Pirates have high bounties because they are dangerous to the public, unlike other yonko crews who have shown they are not!

- BB & Luffy can be considered rival in terms of PK as BB was considered the rising Emperor a year ago while Luffy was after WCI & both will achieve new Bounty around 4B (can be less e.g. 3B 560M)
- Rocks could be 5B as he was portraited as Roger rival back then.
- Marco might be considered as the rising emperor after Wano as he is in conflict with 2 YC & have a chance to call WB remnant. So EoW he has 1.5B to 2.2B. But he is beating none/YC1 to get 2.2B, so should be around 1.5B Luffy. Not good enough but I'll try the goroawase 1.624B sounds good, 2.0624B is a bit high.

I still think Marco's at 1.4 billion (thankfully the vivre card website hasn't crushed this prediction).
I'd place Ivankov at 400 million-500 million considering the ranges of the bounties we're getting and his position in the Revolutionary Army since he's a pretty significant figure there. Hopefully we get his soon.

Maybe revised and maybe not as his vivre card is nearly appear which is whether represent before BB payback war or up to Wano.
EoWCI, Bege went up 50m, I dont remember Jimbei bounty's timeline. But, if nami, franky, etc went up 50m at Dressrosa on Shichibukai caliber, then how much will the increase on Emperor Caliber, & even 2 of them on Wano. I guess about 200m for not beating anyone or beat 100-300m. & nami, franky, etc went up 50 with 2years off/retired cause.

Zoro will go fairly over it, but I think around the 2 billion mark will be the max for a non-Captain (so where a select few, Ray, Oden, EoS Shiryu, Mihawk since he has no crew) will be.
Raise the bounties too much here, then the next, final or second-last, bounty raise won’t seem as impressive.
