Or now that I think of it 4.499 is perhaps his potential bounty after making a name for himself like WB, BM, Kaido post-Xebec. Shiki might have been captured before he reached those heights so he might have capped out at 1.25-2.5

There won't be a confrontation against Redhead's pirates, it will just be a sparring between Luffy and Shanks, he can get stronger, but it's not something that will echo around the world. It will be for Luffy to prove himself and receive the last poneglyph. His reward at this point should already be 5 billion, as Oda likes to put in round numbers, and after becoming Pirate King he should receive the long awaited reward of 5.6 billion.

If Kid and Law don't defeat BM, they don't even deserve to be above Zoro, who has been way more impressive than them against Kaido. I wouldn't give them more than 1.5 B for now and I'm being generous. Their feats are really not great, especially Kid's.

Still don't get why anyone would believe Killer will get to a billion, I feel like everyone got caught up in the excitement during the rooftop fight. He'd be lucky to get 500 million.

Killer will get 600/800 million imo. He definitely deserves a higher bounty than Who's Who.

5+ billion means Pirate King range. Luffy isn't at that level yet. Imo after Wano he'll become Yonko and his bounty will jump to 3/4 billion, so that later on he can get one last big increase.
