Knowledge rarely impacts on the bounty until Oda wants it to (just look at Robin) but I guess this time it counted, otherwise it wouldn't make sense.

So wait Kid didn’t surpass Big Moms bounty but Killers should be comparable to Katakuris?
Hawkins was in Wano for, like, 2 weeks lmao plus Oda was never gonna break the order of a team composed of 6 Ancient Zoans (main DF theme of the Arc) to put a Paramecia in, but he still went out of his way to always portray Hawkins with Tobiroppo and Commanders.

If that knowledge is the reason why Jinbei got his bounty, why didn't he get more than Queen for example ? If such knowledge was why Jinbei got his bounty, the WG would have considered Jinbei as more dangerous than Queen.
