Expecting Benn's Bounty to be higher than Mihawk's is like expecting Zoro's bounty to be higher than Kid's. It's simply not going to happen (EoS maybe, but not anytime soon).

I rate Ben very highly, but him having a bigger bounty than Mihawk demean's Mihawk as Shank's rival, so I very much doubt that Oda will do that.

Ben is to Shanks what Zoro is to Luffy (Vice Captain) and Mihawk is to Shanks what Kid is to Luffy (Rivals). Hence the comparison.

yes but the thing is Kidd bounty being above Zoro (not his power) seem much more likely to logic

than Mihawk to Ben

so Sabo bounty is AT LEAST 1 Bil as well

Honestly I can see people like Beckman and Mihawk having higher bounties than BB due to the hype that the both of them carry individually. I don't see any other pirate though surpassing 3.5 bil.

mihawk is more like an athlete, competing in sports for sports title. he is not a real pirate, or has a crew. should not even hve a Bounty.
