its not a comprehension problem, its the use of that clause as a response to flower asking why it is unfortunate for her to be town

it can have 2 meanings:

1. it's a little more fun when you are scum, because you are more loose as opposed to others (when you are scum)

OR

2. it's a little more fun when you are scum. You are more loose as opposed to others (here)

I quite like the claim restrictions this game it makes it so much more difficult for the game to devolve into "well we cleared these 13 players so now we know all the scum". It is frustrating but in a fun way to have information you cannot elaborate on
