Yes. Dressrosa is way bigger than Onigashima. It doesn't matter whether it is rubble or an island. The object cannot be "too heavy" when gravity itself is simply reversed. Fujitora's limit, thus, is only range. And his range is Dressrosa at the bare minimum.

Ofc he can, nibba be pulling asteroids from space, he has the gravity df, if he wants the island to fly it will fly, his range is huge, he was lifting parts of the destroyed buildings from all around dresroza, he does not have only incredible range, but incredible accuracy also, being able to select the destroyed parts like that+selecting the meteorites. This is a low diff feat for fujitora.

Considering that Kaido's elemental attacks <<<< same elemental attacks from Logias, his lifting power should be below than a gravity ability like Fujitora's (though we might have an exception here).

So Fujitora should be able to replicate the feat without a problem. Or maybe not

What do you mean by small things? He literally lifted an island's worth of rubble. Pica statue alone makes up for the major part of Onigashima's skull size. As I said earlier, It is Fujitora's main ability. There is no shame in something that Kaido does as a side gig being inferior to another top-tier's main ability. With gravity, you can pull and push with incredible force. Clouds aren't competing with that period.
