Kaido's biggest trait is his Dragon Scale Durability. Something Momo also inherited with his DF. You can deny Momo being as strong as Kaido. But you can never deny Momo being as durable. He has Oden's body combined with Kaido's fruit. He's Full Zoan form is as durable as Kaido's one is.

If GB manages to penetrate Momo's dragon scales and sucks his nutirients. It's really all over for Kaido. His saving grace is his durability.....and if it can be penetrated and allow nutrient sucking hax through. Then it's time to just admit Greenbull > Kaido and call it a day.

But in his hybrid-dragon form he is at least 2-3 times more durable to the point that the same scabbards can do just some superficial damage to him.
Momo can very well have the same durability or greater than Kaido at this point, depends how good his fruit is.

Hybrid Kaido is by far the most durable, Oni+dragon > human+dragon. Oden wasn't bullet proof and neither is Momo but Yamato an Oni is. With haki this isn't a debate and Momo doesn't have haki.

Kaido being super durable was already debunked by King. The fact that Momoron was already feeling it after Aramaki saran wrapped him for a while, without any visible CoA/ACoA, means that Aramaki can do a lot worse to Kaido, especially since Aramaki already pierced through King whose durability is > Kaido's.

Dragon scale durability is only 1 part of Kaido's overall defense. Momo doesn't have Haki coating that Kaido does which is partly responsible as to why he is so hard to damage.

The df properties in durability should be close between momo and kaido but as you said momo is not as strong as kaido, no one is to be more precise.
Kaido would probably lift all GB forest and possibly weakened gb if ground isn't around. Even if GB can penetrate kaido's scales (which by the way he should, all the admirals should) still doesn't mean that he would beat Kaido.
Kaido has too many top tier feats, gb damaging the dragon df has nothing to do with Kaido.
Law and possibly kidd would beat that body without much of a difficulty right now.
Kaido was much more than that.

Momo is probably low diff material for Kaido but it was theoretically nice from oda to portray differently, too bad he did it the wrong way
