General & Others Can King be a CoC user despite following another man for his Strength?

So with the recent Vivre Card revelation, we learned that King was amazed by Kaido's strength, and follows him simply because of how powerful he is.

Does this disqualify King from being a CoC user, or is the potential still there?

If he does end up being a CoC user, this blows the lid wide open on who could potentially be CoC users. All those arguments that "X can't have CoC because they Y" get thrown right out the window if a man who follows another for his strength, still ends up having CoC.

Katakuri is Linlin's child and even then BM feels threatened

Fair enough.

I think his following Kaido due to strength may not disqualify him from having CoC outright because conquerors do not necessarily have to always stand on their own two feet.

Seeking strength is, after all, also the quality of a conqueror.

Still willpower makes the difference. And we know willpower is related to power level when things get serious.
Roger > Ray and Big Mom > Kata.
No CoC user would follow someone weaker than him or her

No it doesn't. You can admire someone's strength, follow him and still be a CoC user, isn't Oden the best example?

He admired WB's for his strength and Roger for his personality.

I think yes remember Don Chinjao is a CoC user and he wanted to be Luffy's subordinate
to be honest i expect either both King and Queen have or neither of them.
I tend more that both have it because of their names being King and Queen

Qualifications for coc users is all over the place.
Look at katakuri he has no ambition whatsoever, and he doesn't even show a sign of strong will.
And no, protecting his family doesn't count, it's very basic stuff

Oden and Ace followed WB.
Katakuri and Big Mom.
Rayleigh and Roger.
Etc.

Oda probably doesn't care and just give everybody CoC at this point.
