Kaido when he used Ragnaruk I think this is advanced COC also don't forget that Yamato used thunder bagua she obviously learned it after fighting Kaido countless times I think Kaido can do this attack too.
Zoro didn't do it Enma is cursed thats all even Kaido was asking himself about the source of this haki

If they possess ACoA then sure.

A question would be regarding ACoC and the answer seems to be optimistic in that regard. In fact ACoC likely works off penetration as well, so similar pattern probably = similar situation.

Yes it had already been shown that it bypasses logia intangibility.
