Many of us also assumed that Zoro would interact with the Nidai Kitetsu in Wano, but the Nidai ended up being nothing more than a minor cameo, and Zoro hardly even acknowledged its existence

Obvious matchups are like Zoro vs Shiryu or Zoro vs Mihawk.
Gorosei stand too high in hierarchy and are way too important characters to fight against irrelevant bums like zoro or sanji
