literally everyone in the world who isnโ€™t a Marine
Many Marines would probably also be on Luffy's side (Smoker, Issho, Coby, Garp(?), Drake, Kuzan, the rest of Sword?, etc.).

Yeah, obviously there are some who would aid him, but the WG as an organization will be his foe...itโ€™ll be one of those situations where fighting Luffy doesnโ€™t make you a Marine, but youโ€™re most likely a Marine if youโ€™re fighting Luffy, you know?

The beast Pirates aren't your typical pirate crew. Most of these guys were crushed by Kaido and his Calamities and forced into joining him. They don't follow Kaido out of a sense of loyalty, but rather fear. We were told well in advance in the story that in the New World, your only option is to join the Yonko's or fight them. These guys tried to fight against Kaido, but utterly failed.

Pirates betraying one another was a theme that was setup back in the beginning of the arc, and has been emphasized multiple times throughout. What's happening now was the inevitable outcome, that anyone paying attention to the theme of the arc should have seen coming a mile away.

You do have a point here ๐Ÿ˜‚ its just lazy writing from Oda
Not even in the slightest is it lazy writing. The amount of setup and detail put into creating the theme of pirates betraying one another, and being forced into fighting for someone they don't want to since the timeskip began, and how it is all coming to a head now on Wano is ridiculous. Most of these guys were fighting for Kaido because there was no other option. Some are taking their freedom back now that they see a potential alternative.

Very true... time and time again there have been mentions of pirates betraying others when it suits them.

Also... Kaidou, the All-Stars, the Flying Six, and maybe the Headliners are the valued members of the Beast Pirates and like Queen said the Waiters and Pleasures are not worth much as they are easily replaceable. Though it was stupid to tell them that.

Well, he pretty much figured they were all going to become Ice Demons anyway, so telling them that wouldn't matter. He wasn't banking on Chopper saving them, which is what is going to screw the BP in the long run.

I dont see any amount of setup in how stupidly Queen mocks the subordinates. If Kaido does that, thats one thing. Kaido is the strongest and an one man army. Queen mocking the subordinates to the point they defect to strawhat's side is just lazy story writing.

He already told everyone they were screwed like 10 chapters ago when he first shot them all with the virus.

They were all going to become Ice Oni's, so it didn't matter if they knew how he felt about them or not. Even if he didn't say shit, the simple fact that he was going to let them all succumb to the virus and die would have been a telling sign that he didn't give a shit about them.
