No. Black Clover is design to be like that. Julius and Lumiere can move at light speed but they could be like sound level let's say in Dragon Ball. It's depend on the universe that they are in. So far, Kizaru is the only one that demonstrates his ability to move at light speed.

I don't think Zoro is moving at lightspeed, only that the projectiles are moving at that speed. He can avoid it by looking at Kuma's hand and not being in the path.

So Zoro saw the attacks coming and manage to barely dodge it.

It really never makes sense to me because light itself is kind of stagnant. Characters from BC can make slow light or accelerated light speed. Which doesn't really make it light speed if the speed has been altered.

That's because magic is heavily involved in BC. For example, Julius can slow down other people's techniques because of his time magic.

All you forgetting that just because Zoro has LS reflexes doesn't mean he himself can go LS.

I am really tired of having this KIzaru debate, but I will say that if Kizaru were the only character who could move at LS then there would be no one capable of fighting him. Which obviously isn't the case.

Plenty of characters can fight KIzaru meaning they can keep up with him. The real question is whether or not Zoro is among those characters.
