because it's a feat reserved for top tiers lol
what the fuck is the point of kizaru's fruit and this line if every fodder is light speed?
Why are these fodder not kizaru's level if all of them are SoL?
pacifista beams are not hard to dodge for anyone with coo or basic regular ass eyes.
you just have to look at the fucking hand when they charge the damn beam up and dodge accordingly

Light takes approximately 0.13 seconds to circle the Earth.
Kuma's paw pads are so obviously not SoL. Sabaody is close to marineford. Mf is close to amazon lily. It took goofy like 2 days to get from sabaody to amazon lily in kuma's "light speed" paw pad bubble.
Even if op earth was 10 times as big as our earth, it should have taken goofy like a couple seconds at worst to get from sabaody to amazon lily if he was actually going at SoL.
Don't take every single little statements from a fantasy comic at face value. oda is just adding shit like that for the flair. He's not thinking about the physics and mathematics of it all.

if you know where the person is aiming at then dodging it should be no issue for anyone with good reaction speed. Both wick and zoro situation are examples of aim dodging
