I consider only the following to be 100% canon =>
1. Manga
2. SBS
3. Oda's interviews
4. Volume zero
5. Monster one shot
Anything thats not written or completely supervised by Oda should be taken with a grain of salt. Remember that Oda is a very busy man, the man barely sleeps 3-4 hours a day, and he doesnt have time to supervise everything sold in his name as the author.
The databook is the most controversial source because they do include canon information like the names and birthdays of characters. E.g. the names of Heat and Wire from Kidd pirates came from the databooks. However, these books are not written by Oda. He only supervises them. Thats why there can be a lot of mistakes. The databook green has a phrase "completely supervised by Oda". So Green is more reliable IMO. The worst one is Deep Blue.
The vivre cards contained more important info than earlier databooks. For example, bounties of King-Queen, Kaido's age, etc came from VCs. But they also contained terrible errors, e.g., Shanks was a yonko when he met Luffy or Momo has eaten a smile. They are nice to read but I rarely used them in debates.
