It has become a common talking point, that Caribou parallels Barto. I have heard this said by the big youtubers, I have read it on Twitter and Reddit. That doesn't make it true. One simply questoin: Would Caribou drink poison, intended for Teach?

If BB's crew is the opposite of the Strawhats, then Caribou would be the opposite of Barto: he would be extremely disloyal, despite looking like a huge fan. He already showed this in Sabaody Pt. II when he "joined" the Fake Strawhats.

The thing of Luffy x BB is that they're polar opposites. It's been like that since Jaya.
