When Yami is preparing for the Iai Slash he has sensory/trap barrier bubble around him that can react to any sort of speed and basically guarantees instant 100% spot on hit. She could be beyond the speed of light and it doesn't matter because the moment she tries to get thru that bubble/cut thru it, she gets pinpointed and slashed before she can react. She'd have to be immortal to survive this.
That is only for one of Yami's strongest attacks. She has no answer to Dimensional Slash or Death Thrust as long as Yami can land it.
