Genjutsu isn’t doing jack to Cell,there’s been instances where characters were shown breaking out of illusions, that coupled with the mind training they’ve been shown doing makes Genjutsu effectively worthless in the long run. Tho Madara is is nothing short of worthless in this matchup overall.
