Good to know. Anime has been fantastic so far. I saw some weird hate on action scene adaptations and might make a thread on it later if I stick around after Christmas.

I think the main grudge Manga readers have for the adaptation is it not going the Manga route where everything is fast paced and surreal. When the Chief Director clearly state from jump they're taking a different approach to the source material.

I am personally enjoying this and I know some folks that prefer this over the Manga.

I am honestly a fan of both meduims for different reasons. I just find it cool that the story could be told in a more cinematic grounded way and still be equally as impactful to its counterpart. I just wish half of some the Manga readers could be as open minded to this route as The Author ( who even approve this).

I guess it is what it is. there is still the source at the end of the day.

It's not the first "cour", this is the season as it was from how I understand it.
But yeah it was dope, we had an impactful death in this first arcs, that sets the tone of the story and the upcomming arc. I am hyped and hooked.
