Makima is definitely the first horseman (which was originally conquest, and not the more popular now pestilence). In Japanese, she is 支配 の 悪 魔 Shihai no Akuma. And according to the Japanese wikipedia, the conquest horseman is 支配.

Her and the Conquest Horsemen share the same name in Japanese, which is domination (支し配はい shihai?).

Whoa, interesting!

But, why was her english name translated as Control Devil and not Conquest Devil, then?
