I'm genuinely curious to figure whom between Luffy and Kidd is capable of unleashing a more potent CoC. That would be quite interesting. By more potent I mean possessing better control over it for now overall.

In terms of "willpower" it's stronger Luffy's, but when it comes to possessing better control over CoC I think it's safer to say both of them at equal level, because Rayleigh taught him nothing about Conqueror's Haki
