The difference is that Sanji didn't get captured by Big Mom or Kalifa. He can move his legs around while Sanji stuck on web cross by Black Maria.

Theoretically DJ should burn the webs. And canonically, he did escape just a while ago. There's no excuse not to fly or run away. I thought he was "Lightspeed" Sanji and not "Speedbag" Sanji

He will. But the problem that arises because he called Robin of all people is Cipher Pol. Whether, Sanji-fans roll their eyes at this hypothetical scenario or not, it is assumed in good faith. Robin may be captured by Cipher Pol or Big Mom Pirates, or a third Party.

The chance is there should Oda choose to fulfill this plotpoint. Then, there will be no escape for Sanjifans and Sanjis character writing, because he does put his crew in danger (and this is not a first).

Feeding Gin, bringing Krieg, bringing the SH's to WCI, beating Luffy after his 10 hour fight w/ a Commander, feeding Big Mom delicious cake despite feeding Zoro nails and Luffy/Chopper/Usopp garbage food, searching for prostitutes while Nami/Carrot captured, etc

Robin wasnt hiding lol, the SHs were literally posing as a group in the middle of the raid not too long ago. The SHs as a whole put her in danger by bringing her along in the first place lol.

People are just trying to play the blame game then. Since EL, its been established that Robin doesnt have to run and hide from the world government anymore now that she has her new family. Even if she gets captured, the SHs WILL go after her. Especially Sanji.
