:kayneshrug:You are simply putting too much stock into that statement from Kenjaku which he even said was Generous.
You realize the full quote is “being generous, I would say 8 or 9.”

8 is the conservative end lol

Curse Naoya used Projection Sorcery on a whole another level compared to his Human Self.

Pre Awakening Maki already clowned Human Naoya who is comparable/slightly inferior to Naobito (same Grade, same Technique).
Post Awakening Maki clowned Curse Naoya which was too much for Pre Awakening Maki.

Speed Scaling goes: Toji/Maki > Curse Naoya > Pre Awakening Maki > Human Naoya/Naobito/Jogo (at best).

This isnt even debatable lol.
Reaction speed? Or travel speed? You’re not careful in how you use them at all lol.

Also, didn’t Kamo tag Curse Naoya?

Does Maki even have travel speed feats better than Naoya’s?

Cuz if your whole argument is that she just had better reaction speed, that doesn’t mean she can blitz Jogo lol

Combat speed for Maki/Toji & movement speed for Naoya.
The scaling is basically the fastest speed they can react to & the indicator here is Naoya.

We even have the numbers. Human Naoya at his fastest "surpassed Subsonic levels" (meaning around Mach 0.8 to 1.2) whereas Curse Naoya was Mach 3.

Human Naoya is perfectly comparable to Naobito already, same Grade & he was presented as his Successor for Maki to defeat.
Curse Naoya was on a whole another level & he couldn't tag Maki once btw after she became Toji tier.

But you realize that arguing for a blitz requires a travel speed argument. Like if you’re arguing Maki would blitz Jogo, that’s a travel speed feat.

By your own admission you’re referencing combat/reaction speed for Maki/Toji.

I am perfectly willing to accept that they are superior to Jogo in that.

My point though, and maybe I should have been more explicit about this the whole time though, is that I don’t think they have enough travel speed to blitz Jogo.

Jogo could even somewhat perceive Gojo and Sukuna’s movements.

The only times he was outright blitzed by them was by attacks like cleave (fast as fuck), red (also fast as fuck), and blue amped punch to the gut (which can tag Sukuna).

Guess what? Toji & Maki have feats vs Gojo/Sukuna too. And i'm not gonna give Jogo so much praises when he couldnt land shit on 15 F Sukuna, Maki already performed better on panel tbh.

All i need is basically that in close quarters, Jogo will have zero control. That along with the crazy one shot potential Soul Splitter Katana has, its a stomp the second they close the distance.

I mean Yuuji could land hits on Sukuna with his output diminished.

Am I supposed to think that version of Yuji blitzes Jogo too?

Obviously I think they can tag Jogo, but BLITZ him? Idk about that one chief.

Also @ConquistadoR

Toji also looked like he was standing still compared to awakened Gojo, especially in the anime, like not relative at ALL lol

Dude at that time the output wasnt nerfed
Maki tanked it
You saw that punch on yuji, when he sent him flying trough buildings? Was sukuna nerfed?
He couldnt do that anymore after the nerf
Sukuna was definitely nerfed when he sent Yuji flying bruh

Why are you downplaying Sukuna to hype Maki?????

Hes weak and im telling the truth, thats not *disrespect*.
After Gojos death there is no one who can defeat Sukuna 1x1, so the script leads to Yujis *hidden* powers he does not have.
Youre about to take big L’s
